1. General Online Learning Guidelines
All classes are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. Please check your audio and video settings before each lesson.
We strongly recommend not using smartphones for lessons.
Have all necessary materials ready before class (e.g., computer, textbooks in paper or Kindle edition).
Recording lessons is strictly prohibited.
If background noise disrupts the lesson, you may be asked to mute your microphone.
Other teachers from our school may observe lessons with prior notice.
Harassment or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.
Sharing our original materials, class materials, or slides on social media or with others is prohibited.
2. Time Zones
Lesson times are shown in Japan Standard Time (JST).
Please adjust for daylight saving time or other changes in your local time.
3. Group Lessons
Monthly Fee: ¥17,600 per month for 4 lessons (tax included), assigned based on your level check.
Please prepare the required textbook(s) for your course.
Payment
Lessons for the upcoming month are billed on the 25th of the current month.
Payment is via credit/debit card (processed through Stripe).
Stripe securely manages your card details; Nihongo Picnic does not have access to your card number.
Cancellation
Notify us by the 20th of the current month to cancel your plan for the following month. Please email us at info@nihongopicnic.com to request cancellation.
No refunds for missed classes.

Spot Lesson: ¥8,800 per 50-minute session (tax included)
Monthly Plan: ¥26,400 (tax included) for 4 lessons/month (6,600 yen per lesson)
Lessons are scheduled monthly based on your and your teacher’s availability.
Payment
Lessons for the upcoming month are billed on the 27th of the current month.
