I try to create lessons where students feel, “Wow, I really talked a lot today!” I introduce a variety of topics to encourage conversation and make sure students can express themselves comfortably. I’ve taught students with many different goals, so I always adjust lesson content to suit each person’s level and objectives—helping them feel real progress toward their goals.

Manga: When I lived in Japan, I used to spend entire nights in manga cafés! Dragon Ball—which I read a lot as a kid—is my favorite. I’m especially excited about the upcoming Dragon Ball theme park in Saudi Arabia and definitely want to visit!
Domestic Travel: I’ve traveled to many places around Japan and would love to talk with students about Japanese sightseeing spots.
Living Abroad: There are so many fun and challenging aspects of life overseas—I’m sure we’ll find a lot to relate to!
